I made Planet core artifact and after I used it I got only 1 planet. Is this all that I can get from this artifact? I upset. To build this art I spent lot of time. Did I do some thing wrong?

If it helps to know this, keep in mind that in certain situations, just one planet added can make a huge difference.
For instance, if you just captured a huge cluster and needed a border planet quickly to protect it, or (for certain races) if you need one more planet to make enough clusters for a C3, but dont have the space for it due to a race restriction.

You did it right Richterr. The Planetary Core artifact provides one planet when used. If I remember correctly, this is one of those few artifacts that can only be used on your own empire.
