Not sure exactly how often people go for it but it varies per server. A UW usually occurs 1-2 times a year on RT. It looks to me that (for RT) 04 holds the record for 5 successful UW`s (I don`t count 05`s NPC UW). So it isn`t an amazingly frequent thing but it occurs on a regular basis.
