Or you know, make it -99.95% to ECM and make it +99.95 to Kinetic to give it a different purpose than just the queen on king fight.

King with 750 weapon and range to 9 would be nasty. maybe just needs 99.95 to ECM.
that way queen would still kill king-- which is usually the case anyways

Well just giving it 1k hull might be enough

Range to 9, weapon to 750, shield buffs to 99.95 for ECM and Ion, lower debuff for kinetic to -10, leave the rest alone and you might have something half decent.
What do you want done to it?

If we`re looking at ship balance I`d look at more egregious problems haha. Do agree though king could use a rework
