I used Minor Barrera to prevent my empire from artifact used by another empires, but later recognize that I can`t use artifacts on my empire, either. For how long Minor Barrera going to work or how can I cancel it activation?

Barrera can be break by using couple of uncommon or rare artifacts. Minor barrera can be break by using around 5-10 rare artis. remember other people could break your barrera too.
