what is the max total infrastructure on GC?
is it 200 so if you have 50 housing 50 agri 100 indus
no more research?

255 is the max you can research to. Those are shared between the infrastructure and so for example if you have 7housing, you can have maximum of 248 commerical. Though if you complete mission after finish all research, those mission which reward infra lvl can still be added on top of the maximum infra.
