How to get Assimilated Base artifact if there no components? Only by digging? what chances? I digging 2 days and didn`t find it.

Yes the most common way of getting Assimilated Base is by digging.
Your chances is increased significantly if you dig during 1631 -1700 & 2031-2100
These are all the artifact dig times that you need to know
Common Dig Time :
14:00-16:30
17:00-18:30
19:00-20:30
21:00-22:00
Uncommon Dig Time :
20:30-21:00
Rare Dig Time :
18:30-19:00
Mix Dig Time :
16:30-1700
These time follows the GMT +8 (Greenwich Mean Time plus 8 hours) currently its 1603
