How do i make or get a cluster planet? i need it for a mission and idk how t et one

A cluster level 1 is 5 planets grouped together using your Cluster level 1 project. You have to research Cluster lvl 1 before this is available under your projects listings. A cluster lvl 2 is 5 c1`s, a cluster lvl 3 is 5 c2`s. Virals and Collectives have their own form, using 4 planets instead of 5.
you need to research Colony Cluster Lvl 1, 2 and 3 under technology and they will let you form cluster 1, 2 and 3 respectively. After researching you can click on project, colony upgrade and choose which type of cluster you want to form.
