TBK, are you sure you were digging during the right times? :P
just for the record raist and everyone else saying that it doesn`t factor in are totally correct. There is zero code involved linking land into the digging process.
EvilAbadyos had a what, 15k or 25k gordo`d spaz and he dug on it just fine.

I think 2-3 is a minimal difference as I have digged on 2, 3 and 5 and the results seem consistent. However 3k is another story ...
I`m not sure if that is correct as I accidentally gordoed a U spaz to 3k land a couple years ago and could not even dig up an orb on it afterwards. I repeat I was not able to dig up even a single artifact on it.
According to BW and EE`s thread from a while back, there is actually no difference between the two. Land isn`t actually factored for digging. Each planet has a modifier, and spaz is the best. :D
