So then I would say to sarek, yes it applies across the servers. Being poor would be no argument for having lopsided ships anyways.

Do you not start with a bunch of loyalty on turn base as guard now?
So this guards are all powerful argument , doe this only apply to the realtime server where you have enough turns to gordo up / spend forever attacking to get high loyalty planets / exploring etc , or does it apply to the turn based servers as well?

No, stephen math would end up with Guardians putting in 10 turns to build Diamonds and getting K Zhao Zens instead.

i don`t mind their upkeep, just take the buld rates down 10-20%

I can go high and stay for weeks and not spend a turn... any race can do that. Your issue is those guards who either A: have massive gordoed cols, B: are really old or C: both.
As EE said, all that will be taken into consideration during the econ updates.

I can fight guards fine. 2 guards rich list RT one just outside top ten. one on ultra one on slow two on normal. ranks high up mostly guards they need nerfed and increased upkeeps to their ships as no guardian should be able to get on the rich list or stay up high for as long as they can
