Can New accounts not buy Paid accounts

I Am New to Ultra Server and i had to buy my paid on RT server just so i could have a paid
but even if i have the cupons when i click donate or subscribe it goes to a page where it tells me i have to login to the game

im GalacticMercenaries on RT
im GalacticGuardian on Ultra

i have a paid cupon i want to put on Ultra but it wont let me

yeah all i can say is stephens donation page somehow is broken for ultra so.. you`ll need to use another server, and to activate on a paid on ultra you can use:- http://gc.gamestotal.com/i.cfm?&6532&f=com_user_coupon
