ahh thats right, cumulative being the operative word. Heart came out at about 550 millon, now on 366 million. next DP will be at about 200 million, so the last attack needs to be a big one.

on gc you can be sent inside dp without ever loosing a colony, it just takes a certain percentage of fleet loss, i think its 40% (cumulative)

well people before you made hits as well...

40% is what you need to remove to create DP. Or take 3 clusters.

no, what probably happened was someone attacked and fed him some ships which "artificially bumped its pr" above what it was supposed to be before he would be sent inside dp by "loosing too many ships"
