max debit is -200,999,999,999
if you use 1 turn, because of the debit interest and possibly a fleet, you will got to around -204bil, when I used 9 turns got to -230bil, if you`re paid can use 99 turns at a time and get really deep into it :D
though when you relog you will be back to -200,999,999,999$
