If i compleet the Kal-Zul Hectar project, do i get any special option, like the Capsule Lab?(Besides the second part of the Kal-Zul project. And i suppose you only can be Kal-Zul if you are the creator of the game or if you activate the secret weapon?

You cannot be kalzul if you activate the ultimate weapon. The kalzul project is the ultiamte weapon and if you complete the hektar and then the second part as well then attack restrictions are lifted on you for 48 hours. If you survive that without losing an attack on you bottom three colonies or an attack under 500k pr then you destroy the galaxy and can restart as any race you choose along with a few new rewards.
