UC and GC accounts not linking

Hi!
I played my GC account up to 20 planets but when I try to reclaim my rewards it only shows my UC account, as if I didn´t have the GC one. Anyone had this problem?

The offer is fully working, we just had to do some jiggling of stuff to get it to go theough. He has got his dps now :)

From what i recall that offer was disabled
