Is it possible to speak in an other language than english in this game?
Oh, and i won three battles in a time of 10 min. I don`t break any rules, i hope?

The thing about attacking somebody multiple times is just a morality thing. It`s not a rule that you MUST wait a certain amount of time before attacking attacking them again. It`s just considered polite to wait, which in a war game is sort of moot. :P
Forums and chat are limited to english only, but speaking in another language in pms and such is fine
I do not think it`s against the rule to speak another language. however most player speak English here, hence it will be easier to communicate if you speak English.
