Permanent Black Market RT

Hi

I`m sure this has been asked before,.

But is there any reason why we can`t have a permanent RT black market fore ore and minerals with no expiration date ?

Will give the rich guys somewhere to burn cash and new players a place to always get minerals and ore ?

if it could be controlled, and didn`t cause major issues i`d say sure.. however it can`t be controlled and causes major issues in the long run (Some very severe) i`m saying not going to happen.
