Remake of GC ?

So . . . been away a few years and surprised to find the game still running.
Not much have happened during the last few years.
Still see a lot of familiar names.

Anyhow, the reason for this post:

Is there any interest in a remake of GC?
I cant make it as dedicated phone app, but i can make it as new webpage game, maybe with 2 different layouts, one for mobile devices and one for pc`s

I`m currently working on another commercial project, but when that`s done, i could invest some time in remaking GC.

In regards to WHEN, i`d say that i can maybe have a working version ready sometime during 2016 if the interest is there. . .

AlphaCentauri I`m not really familiar with frontend frameworks, Although i do have the JS knowledge to earn and work with any of them. I do have some of my own works.

Legal fee costs to pursue something like copyright infringement would be expensive. Also do not forget the time it will take. Nonetheless, you never know and it is just as expensive for the otherwise. I would figure that if the only thing that is the same is the core mechanics, it would be a hard fought case.

I seriously doubt Stephen bothered to protect his material with copyrights, or anything of that sort considering well, that he is Stephen...

aslong as the game name and name of minerals ships etc are diffrent, and the game is actualy complete with missions then its a totally diffrent game so no copy issues, theres 100s of games the same as each other with diffrent text /:S

i`m thinking about using AngularJS for the frontend, but i`m not too familiar with front-end frameworks, anyone who has any experience with angular, what do you guys think about it?

i`ve been working on it for the past year on and off, but its been slow going since i`m learning as i`m building but i am at a point where i can speed things up now. But the question remains regarding copyright etc, that is why i am hesitating

There`s been more than a few, some completed, some not, some up and running for a while. and a few the majority of GC knew or knows nothing about
