So it seems I cant buy a paid using paypal as `merchant is not available to receive payment`, how else can I buy a paid using my credit card?

There are 2 different payment websites for GC, one works 100%, the other does not.
I used paypal to get my last 2 paids from the other website, but it is tricky getting to the right page from the game.
Anyways this is old news as of 2013 i guess.

could I get a step by step guide to how to buy premium, what i this UC, where do I find 2checkout? Could I get addresses and all the necessary details needed to do this?

Prett sure 2checkout works for GC...just not paypal anymore
this change is beginning 2 feel slightly intentional...i will NEVER play UC stephen! NEVER! lol

Go over to UC and buy it there. You can use UC paid here on GC.
