Btw tax terran is possibility =P 350% CG consuming sounds good (as long as you have CGs)

Some good terran ships are the garuda, thor, nirvana, tyr, and hercules. Please research all the ships, and DON`T use the frigates, or the battleships.
Build just enough housing to fill your planet with population, then fill the rest with commercial or agriculture.
Use planets with at least 600 land or over. The smaller ones aren`t very useful.
