Is there any way of turning them back to normal, as it is getting really annoying how collectives and virals deliberately changes them just to be spiteful for people capturing borders from them.

I don`t think a collective can collect any money from a U class planet`s taxes.... If food is at 1 like on the ultra server.. A Tax Collective is amazing though since they can have twice as much population as any race

We don`t effectively generate tax income. We only profit from its inevitable destruction.

Do Collectives generate any tax income from a high pop U.Large, say a 10k with 850k pop? or does it just generate income when it is plundered?

Agh so they can only be used to build pop and plunder. And if those are. Disabled they can`t be demolished to build pop. Can the admins change that?

infected clusters have agri and mining disabled and can only be clustered with other infected clusters only

I thought collectives and vitals could infect captured c1-3`s. The plantes are shown in the manual

Yeah well...all collectives can do is plundered captured clusters...and U class....gawwwwwd

Zorak this is more of a probelm on RT where turns are not at a premium.
C.1`s can not be uninfected, but c.2-c.4 can be uninfected by any race other than viral or collective

and lastly tainting planets really make it awesome difficult to strip mine for quick cash since we have to spent 5 turns for every planet and then cluster it :x

on the flip side of the coin ... whenever virals capture a cluster colony from others we can`t cluster it with our own tainted colonies and we also can`t put any infra on agriculture :x

nope :p and yes virals do taint their borders to make them rather annoying
