I wonder what if the leaders and the most active members of the following feds decide to band together and to form a single fed

I think Chosen is putting a strong 3rd fed together. Ya EE has a point but i think you need to inspire the lower pr players to want to go higher also we may need to boost some of the other forms of income just a tad. Think about maybe expanding maru to having cg income if possible or give a slight buff to terran and viral comm income to help those guys stay higher... The new high upkeeps on all the ships really do put a hard cap on most empires at 100mil where they can sit using turns with a real fleet. So even a small buff might help more empires compete.

the Members in a fed mean nothing, go through and count how many people on the server outside of rabies and MK can play 4+ hours a day and stay above 20 mil power rating for weeks without having to drop to make cash and there`s your answer
