you can disband all fo yoru fleet, seell off all of yoru goods/minerals/food/raw materials if that doesn`t work than you have no choice but to restart unless some one can give you cash increasing artifacts . if you need any mroe help just pm me and i will be more than happy to help you out man
disband any fleet you have.. don`t use turns sell anything you can on the market and once it all sells relog if your still in debt then your only option really is to restart..
