So, a rule has just been called into question and a ruling made. So I am just starting a discussion as suggested by EE.
When a fed member resigns from a fed, he normally cannot hit his former fed mates for 48 hours except in the case of counters. However, should this be the case during a UW in the case of the UW person? What if fed members disagree and decide to resign the fed and make hits? UW person decides to resign? Should there be caveats to any exceptions?
What about other exceptions to attacking fed members after a resignation outside of a UW event?
Most importantly, what should the new rule verbage be, if any?
This is a big deal because it does affect strategic thinking to a certain extent. Obviously I am only asking questions. EE and BW will listen to all sides both publicly and privately. I am only starting a discussion, not taking a side on any of these issues.
