no matter what i do i keep losing money it dosen`t stop how can i stop this?

stop using turns.. (using turns will make you get deeper into debt since you need to pay interest with the use of each turn)
disband all ship
sell all your stuff to the market (ore, mineral, cgs, etc)
if you still are not be able to get out of debt, you will have to restart your empire...
