I researched this technology, but I can`t find any option under my colony management that allows me to select and cluster my colonies. How do I select and cluster colonies?
ColonyCluster lvl1 how to use?

just under the manage colonies link there is a projects link.
you then click colony upgrade.
Note when you cluster 5 planets into a C1 it takes the lowest 5 single planets in your colony list :)
