X000001X speaking from first hand experience a 20% income boost with a -10% upkeep bonus isn`t really doing much for the truly rich empires.. infact it probably has it`s greatest bonus for smaller empires

(Although i speak from a standpoint of someone who made 74-75mil a turn at the most before any bonuses)

cant we be given some major gordos for christmas/new year....for people that have resarted recently your effects dont do much....your essentially keeping the rich, rich.

it should but i don`t 100% know if it worked right on mineral generation (I`ve tested it extensively in the past but that was many years ago) i just know it has some quirks to it (But at least i included -10% upkeep) :P

do this mean i make more minerals?
