Why I am losing loyalty so quickly?! Rewarding doesn`t help, it is dropped again after few turns...

when you run out of food, your population and loyalty will start to decrease. Hence ensure that you have enough food for your population at all time.
Your loyalty can also be decrease when your slave master punish you. If you are a slave empire, you free yourselves by climbing to 10x pr of your master and then declare independent.
