The agri formula on Exule`s game guide has no planetary modifiers. Is it where the .1 is (for a C1)?

no that isn`t where it is, that is purely for the research level, thus if your research level was zero that part of the formula would become zero. It would seem feesible that you could divide the planet agri mod by ten and add it to your research level.
