Sorry, I forgot. What affects PR again?
Namely, does the amount of land a planet has affect it`s PR?
(I remember population count affects PR, and so does ships)

pr is affect by the ships you build and by planet count(colonies counts) and by yoru each colonies population
As ArchAng3l said, the land itself doesnt affect pr, but what you put on said land can. Especially Housing, as population makes PR skyrocket

Dang, and I was hoping I could Gordo people up, raise their PR above 5000 and kick their butts.
this is the formula for pr with ship
Planets Power Rating (pop / 10) + housing + commercial + mining + agriculture + industry + ( planet x 1000
hence land size does not affect pr.. though the infra u build on the colonies does affect the pr.. the more land u have means u can build more infra which will in turn increase the pr..
