I hear Wild NPC`s have been Spotted in the Tall Grass, make sure not to go into the tall grass without some good strong ships of your own. i`ve also heard if you hit them hard enough they may drop some minerals

yup i seen the NPCs go as low as 300k pr so its really good for low pr empires :)

It has been noted about the PR levels and hopefully you will see them a little lower.

Also remember People give the Npcs a little time to get set up for a good challenge. and don`t be greedy, let the other kiddies have shots them too, if i see nothing but the same few people hitting over and over i`ll make them stop coming out
