Seems to be the RT server.
The order`s going to depend on how you define active:
In terms of `speed` of the server, then definitely RT>>ultra>fast>normal>slow.
But in terms of # of active empires out of DP, the order`s something like RT>normal>fast>ultra>slow. All servers could use a lot more players.
