Planets?

As i just previously asked about special colony`s

I`ve now encountered explored colony`s and I haven`t got a clue, is it because they have been fully excavated?

I realize if I keep posting asking what are all these different planet types so is there a thread already explaining this or can someone preemptively explain the different types to me.

First of all if you are new welcome to GC! Second don`t ever feel bad about posting questions. Click on "ask"on top of the forum then mark it public for everyone to help with or private if its for in game staff. This section if the forum is for general discussion.

As EE said you can study various in game new player material under "new player" and also on your main empire screen click on "manual" up top for planet descriptions, race info, research, and other things like technology.

No one ever looks at the banner, look at the banner and click new player help and useful links and look the the list of links there.

An explored colony is a colony that you have already explored for with scouts or captured from someone during a battle.

There is actually a game manual that has these different classes included.

That gives you info on what type it is, what its good for, and how fast your population grows.
