After you use one or more turns it says your food gain/loss and credit gain/loss. Im wondering what subtraction of goods and addition of bonuses mean.

subtraction of goods means that if you have them they are being sold to your population for $5 a unit making you more money per turn.
And the addition of bonus is when you are making money whilst being out of DP.
