Psst, Pansy, you do know - you are playing a war strategy game right? That entails doing things that benefit your empire in war, be they sanctions or slavery or what have you. This is a legitimate strategy you fell to, stop whining.

Of course, you would have to put the mode to "enslave" each time. :P

I wonder if an admin would let you test that theory.

Anyways, if you see someone at base pr who is enslaved, you could, conceivably, whittle down the UW person`s stacks by hitting the enslaved person multiple times with a balanced fleet. You`ll only lose like 0-4 stacks each time.

It`s actually not possible to get free from someone when they are at 100 million power.
Additionally, the reinforcement stacks that arrive are often multiple times stronger than the entire fleet of the enslaved person. GG attacker.

well I`d say enslaving was used not abused. I might agree that it would be nice if enslavement didnt count for UWs, but I`d say it was meant to be used this way.

it a wise tactic. deal with the threats, least you aint getting Hist so you cant make a move. it been used before. Yep if i had some BTC i would happy :)

Besides, if the folks who are enslaved are the only ones who could have saved the server, then I think the server is in a sad state.

Sure, let`s talk about it... I enslaved you what 3 to 4 weeks ago in which you had plenty of time to get free... It`s not like i enslaved you all in one day. Metsu or avaline could have easily have brought me down during that time. Why is it abuse when I use something perfectly legal in this game. If what I did is not allowed, then admins say something, I will free you all right now

It`s not against the written rules so it`s a completely legitimate tactic I think.

If this is a fundamental weakness that needs to be fixed, may I suggest a system where enslaved individuals can request freedom from admins so that they can make hits on their UWs.

Alternatively, we do have room in UFP to accommodate those who are enslaved as well to reduce the impact of a successful UW.
