My loyalty for my planets are decreasing. I have suffiecient food but they all stay at 0 loyalty. Why is this and what does loyalty do?

Artifacts are objects in the game that can be used to various effects. some give or take credits, some increase land size on planets, and as your finding out it would seem, some can negatively effect your loyalty.

What is arti bombing?
Loyalty affects how much money you get from each planet. its only really important to tax empires though. your slave master might be punishing you, someone maybe arti bombing you, or your citizens just really dont like you. :P
