We need Fed Elections back

i did mention there was a bug involved there no? and i was prety sure if it was fixable an admin woulda fixed it and wow bw not using gold font must be an off day

the bug was hard coded also

DeamonRising it actually was removed due to the fact that a bug within the system was being exploited by people over and over again to kill feds without having the planets or votes required to actually take over leadership

i`ll explain it best i can.. Person A has 100 planets.. Person A`s fed all vote for him.. Person A now has 1,139 planet votes.. Person A leaves his federation.. Person A applies to Person B`s Federation.. Person B has over 600 votes and full support of the federation.. Person A now uses the votes from his previous federation to take leadership of Person B`s federation

Some people just want to watch the world burn but thats no reason not to bring back elections

Imo it was just nice to be able to vote out an inactive fed leader, Or to just hold democratic elections every once in a while.

Yea, that sort of thing tends to come back to bite you. =/

If you backstab in a text based game, or in any game that really gives no extremely solid benefit to doing it, you have fundamental issues with who you are and what kind of person you are.

theres a reason it was tooken out cus too many good feds that some one spent a lot of time picking together and making look nice and organised got killed off by traitors and backstabbers and was there not a bug in the voting system that made it easy to take over?

It was a really fun part of the game, Back when we had enough people to warrent having so many feds. "Takeover"`s were another strategy that if it worked your fed wasnt good enough to stand for much longer anyway. >_> <_<
