What is considered a "decent" size Cluster 1 and Cluster 2 of planets?

On the normal server, it takes forever to get a 25k+ c2. I`ve been at it for something like 2 months now and if I had gone for 5k as my c1 target I would probably have no more than one or two.
Excellent cluster targets there Sol. If you are earning income from anything other than mining, the bigger the cluster the better. If you choose mining as your primary income, cluster size does not matter as much. Minerals are generated at a fixed rate per planet (rate increases with amount of research, but planet size has no impact on minerals made.)

For a c1. unpaid players aim for 4k +
and c2`s for 20k+
for paid players a good cluster is 5k+
and a c2 is 25k+
