what is used to determine the stack order of stacks with exactly equal pr? is it the ship id? or is it the most recent built ship will be on the "higher" stack?

ah sorry, im not sure maybe it goes by the PR of the individual ships after that. not sure. prolly best asking mara although knowing stephen it is prolly completely random.

ya i meant if i have 10 stacks with equal pr which stack will be on top?
if its by class, what if both are the same class?

I think he means if the pr are exactly the same. like 5000 pr ryu and 5000 pr garuda (purely example). which would be on top?

It is the total PR of the stack determines the order.
higher PR = higher in the stack
higher PR = higher in the stack
i think the higher class would be put on top (cruiser over destroyer, for example). not sure though.
