I read the rules and it states it is legal specifically

yeah you can sell anything that can be used on another empire...they`re your arties to use as you like, the only time we`d ever step in is if how you got the arties were through cheating....i`ve always been surprised that people on TB didn`t sell btcs like they do gordos on rt..

but of course if someone doesn`t keep up their end of the bargain you can`t come to the staff about it, there nothing we will do.

Lol if I were addicted RT player with gordoed planet I would have taken the offer.

I`ve not personally seen anything saying it`s illegal, so until stephen complains enough about it than i`d say keep on doing it. Not to mention it`s hard to prove what happened when dealing with buy/selling artifacts.
