It has been more than 2 weeks now!

i will love to see EvaBraun reply ASAP or in 93 hours, i will reveal the storyline of this thread...at the mean time, i hope everyone stop talking non related thing in this threat...

How did I miss this gem of not-smartity over Christmas? Sorry for your loss No1, but no gordos were ever worth that much..lol

While MK does claim to want to take your lunch money AC really did take No1s... For the love of Stephen pay the guy the money or remain a despicable little wretch.

PistolPete the way to ensure the trades go smoothly work like this, I have done it in the past:

Payment is sent via Paypal first. Via PM`s or whatever instant message service you use, you cut adn past teh transactiuon number or what have you to the person with what your buying.

They then send the artifacts over as per agreed.

Sending artifacts before payment is received/sent is a silly way of doing things but that`s just an opinion.

As tot he topic at hand, I have no opinion nor stance other than it be a learning experience for others looking to sell artifacts for real cash. For paids its easier, artifacts get sent, paid codes get sent. Done deal.

Staying neutral in this, but this thread does need to be closed as I don`t think anything really good came out of this other than the good ole "buyer beware" saying comes in mind.

Nah.. I understand No1. Sending PMs to a person that ignore him is like banging the head against a wall. You need to switch strategy.

On a sidenote it is public knowledge that AccordEx is not a trustable person by any matter. So one could say that No1 should have known better. But - that does not make AccordEx actions legal. In some countries people get their hands chopped off for stealing less than 63 dollars (or whatever the amount was).

This is a private matter made public. This thread doesnt support or promote a good gaming atmosphere and is nothing more than a drama fest at this point.

I will make it known that my feds ideals and goals are to promote obeying the rules and fair game play, helping new players by any means necessary and answering questions and even posting resources when needed. I will not tolerate members of my fed breaking in game rules. For whatever reason Accord and backoff are at odds over this purchase is between them and anything else in between is only speculation and hearsay.

I implore staff to delete this thread, they can work out their own problems like mature adults.

I dont think what i wrote was bulldung. I may have misunderstood the situation, and then I would expect someone to correct me - but noone did.

AccordEx did not pay for god know what reason and ignored No1. Then No1 complained about it. Then accord said she would not pay because No1 complained about it.

Now let me know:

What could No1 have done differently in order to avoid this situation?

And more importantly. What behaviour would you expect from a person that had the intention of paying from the beginning?

On a sidenote: EE I think selling artifact should be illegal. I dont see how it does any good for the game.

Well i`m not going to get involved, Staff have always ignored the issue of selling artifacts. it should be understood that both players agree to, and assume any and all risk.

but if i were to get involved i`d just banned the sell of artifacts and make it against the rules to use arties on any one except yourself with the exception of historia`s and negative dineros. that would be my stance on the whole thing.

Jeez, this thread reminds me of the Distemper days and a few other occasions.

Karma aside and bad grammar/sentence structure, the trade should have been orchestrated differently, especially when it comes to real money. I am not sure as to why this instance it changed from the past when people traded gordos for paids. But meh, guess that market is somewhat dead.

Kind of surprised it just doesn`t go through admin/staff because this won`t really serve its purpose with such a low player base.

Human tend to find excuses !! When u dun want to do something, u can get 100 reason to support it, but when u decided to do something, without thinking, u will just do it..

Firstly said i m creating all these BS, next, blame on pp BS..actually who is actually BS + ing, i guess everyone know now..

I knew it will gonna happen like this, tat`s y i ask others not to talk all non related thing here, n my message for this thread is asking ACCORD to reply me in PM, but u, urself tells everyone the SCAM u created...if u got heart to make the payment, u will juz pm me n settle it with me personally...(i gave u more than 2 weeks !)

As for those who advice her to make payment, u earn my respect !! (Well, GM, sorry for the dinero, but well, u got back little respect from me)

As for those who advise her not to pay me, either u r sufferring temporary/ permanent brain damage or u just showing out ur `true colour`....(oh ya, Passage, who the he.ll u r?lol...a newbies tat pretend as a pro? lol..cheers, mate, cheerss...)

But i do believe, this kind of attitude (striking a deal agreement and yet dun wan to fulfill it), He or she might be a FAILURE in RL too....

i believe on KARMA, Good luck mate, I`ll pray for u & ur whole family..

Backoff went about this the wrong way... Coulda handled things a bit better imo. Also, regardless the circumstances, AccordEX was rendered a service for which she must pay as agreed upon. That is the price of business.
I get pissed every month when my bills come due. But I pay them anyway or I don`t get my utilities or service on this god awful iPhone :)

Lol! Speaking of dineros, where is my cut you fluffy ball of `intimidation`? I happen to have most of my money in credits so you would be taking 3% of the credits I`ve made my entire time playing this race. Mmm.. all those credits. I say Accord shouldn`t pay you because you aren`t sharing your dineros. My vote is dividing the money between those this yappy ankle-biter dinerod.

lol Accord thats the worst cra.p Ive ever heard. When you make a deal, you keep it, otherwise you are just a plain conman and I dont see how anyone can respect you.

If you dont have the money, dont spend them! And dont make up lame excuses for not paying, Pete has nothgin to do with your arrangement with Backoff.
