I find it annoying that its gonna force me to put 5 into industry even if I want to go pure tax miner. We should get a 1 time reset on research levels after that.
Wanted: a mission bypass.

get 5 industry you will get 5 in mining later ( which is useful even if you are tax ) 5 level aint gonna make a big difference.
