i recommend you stop using turns / disband your fleet ( fleets cost money to keep ), go to market and sell 9999 of each mineral above for a fair amount of credits , easily taking you out of debt and giving you a fair credit stash
i also noticed that your infra is all messed up , to save you time maybe it would be best to read the manual and some guides , i recomend browsing exules guide in the stategy section
