Kal-zul Hektar

The sky above your homeworld glows bright as the engineers finish constructing the alien artifact. However no device has yet are able to read the strange bright light and unknown matter found to be orbitting the artifact. It is likely that the Kal-zul Hektar is an energy orb of some kind.

Further study and tests concluded that the energy which resonances from this artifact effect living organisms. This would explain why a tingly sensation can be felt by the construction engineers in the vicinity of the alien artifact.

The kalzul overmind project is only recomended for experienced powerful empires that have the backing of a major federation or two. :)
