stop using turns, sell everything you have in the market, disband all fleet.
once all market sales have completed and you have recieved the cash then if your still in debt log out and in and look at your income page... if your making positive money per turn at that point research your way out.
If your still losing money either restart or ask empires to use dinero`s on you to reduce your debt.
