Well with this case we fully intended to release what happens, especially since the person is Blacklisted, though in most case where the player is still playing, We respect the privacy of the player...and yes in some cases the player gets angry and spreads rumors about how unfair and unjust we are, but we also reserve the right if things get out of hand we won`t be slandered, but to let everyone know whats going on so in the future perhaps the good upstanding citizens of GC can help us be on the look out for people doing something similar.
Pace was a 23 day old empire, though I know for a fact that he had little to no artifacts over 13 days ago....well yesterday basically Pac attacked me twice yesterday, no biggy people get hit, he also used 83 historia`s on me in between this hits, which was fun being without turns for so long. Though I still wonder why he used them on me since i`ve never attacked him. But anyhow...then I notice his pr jumps from 70 mil-ish to 140+ mil within minutes....by then he Is UWing .BW logs in and see`s him at 181 mil and attacks but by time BW plunders colonies to attack him and as the attack goes through BW see`s this

which is even more odd, because he is Uwing, everyone knows UW`s reset BTC and Blue orbs to 2...
after BW attacked, Pace then proceeds to use 55 historia`s on BW.
so were up to 138 historia`s for a empire who apparently only started digging about 13 days ago...we investigate and find out he`s used 134 btc on himself some before the UW started and some...when we started watching his artifacts and he`s fusing more. he has 76 more btc unused, nearly 200 gordos, and still had max commons max of some uncommons and well over 120 Assimilated bases still yet, not to mention regs, the 71 minor Minor Afortunado the 36 major tierra.... should a 23 day old empire have arti stores like this? Lets ignore the fact that about 2 weeks ago he had no arties
despite all this we did nothing giving him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he`s just really active and really lucky at digging. It wasn`t until we saw how many arties he was digging up and fusing to make more arties while UWing all outside of a dig time that we notice something was really wrong...
long story short we found that he was exploiting a loophole wheres he was digging without using turns and all while apparently offline...
when suspended and asked what he was doing he never denied having done it, he was in fact casing us for info asking how we knew what he was up to..but this is the last bit of that convo.

So we decided it best just to BL him, so if you suspect another account to be his, if you down the road you think a new account could be his. Or if you see anything odd like young empires with so apparently so many arties, please let us know
also despite both losing ships/cost of the ships we lost from being hit by/hitting a fleet that shouldn`t have existed, and the time to build ships and turns lost by historia`s BW and I are both declining any sort of compensation.
However if Pace has used negative artifacts on you, and you still have logs of such, then let us know and we will do our best to compensate you
also yes we are working to patch the problems as much as we can.
