Why do U.Rich planets have a -50 for Mining when U.Eden have +1000 Population Growth and U.Fertile +250 Agriculture ? It seems to me that U.Rich should have better ( positive ) Mining qualities .

You may be correct , chessRPGrulerKoA . Look at a Dead Planet , it has +100 Mining ! Sure doesn`t seen logical , to me.
I have a theory for the `why`: Stephen accidentally gave it a -50 instead of a +50

It`s just because a U Rich has loads of ore and it`ll take you a long time to substract all the ore that way.
