in 05-06 Maraudian was named Gollum and was not staff, explore UW`s always been allowed...
I seem to remember in 05-06 when maraudian was here explore uw`s were not allowed. Maby im mistaken

Squaks, you need roughly 28 historias to stop a UW, and we can gain roughly 1.5 historias per person per day.
Anyone who want to prevent others from having free borders can whack me before they do. In fact, that`s what fortythree is doing right now.

If I remember right I thought explore uw`s werent allowed back in the day. Its taking advantage of an obvious loop hole, has this changed?

all I see is someone just making sure that the high planet players have max borders all the time and to me its feels like its borderline planet trading. I mean its not like your hurting those with arties because after 1 night of digging they can easily remake those hists used on you.

As I`ve said, staying awake for 48 hours (or more) is no biggie.
Alternatives to historia:
1. my hard drive fails (possible)
1. my router spoils (also possible)
1. my ISP broke down (darn I gotta complain then)
1. you have a coordinated group that monitor me every second for the next 48 hours.

If you get within 6 hours of the UW going off, I`ll waste artis on you. :)
And those sleep methods take a quite a bit of time to adjust to, if you`re already adjusted to one, kudos to you, but if you`re not, then you`re not going to switch to one right now just to attempt a uw.

Jammer, you need to hist me. Staying awake for 48 hours is pretty easy. I`ve gone beyond a 100 hours before. And besides, I can simply sleep within the hour: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyphasic_sleep

simply put, different people have different concept of "fun" at different times of the day, some people find fun in gaining alot of planets, some people find fun in gaining alot of PR, and me, right now I`m having fun =)

I understand that. He`s there to get us to waste artis. But we don`t need to, his uw will die as soon as he goes to sleep. at which time we can fuse like normal, no problem. So just hit him every time DP expires, don`t hist him, and in time his uw will die, and the decoy was a failure, we all still have artis.
Jammer hes a decoy for another empire.

Why waste artis? Unless he`s sharing his account with some one, or botting, eventually he`s going to go to sleep, and then it won`t take too long before it`s gone.
