Does anyone know the formula for exploration?

For example, if I have 10 planets and 10k scanner rating, how many turns do I need to explore a new planet?
P PacerierOP
@donster, Wow how did you get that formula?
D donster
ExplorationPoints = 5000 * (1.2 ^ (Planets - 1))

Turns = Roundup(ExplorationPoints / TotalScannerPower)

To potato....that`s easy....counting to beef is the hard part...somewhere around shallots things break down, but at least the stew is tasty.

Stephen Math = the hidden, secret math the likes of which normal mortals shall never understand. You must be able to count to potato to understand his math.

Thanks for the help Ephemeral =)

Btw how does the UW penalty affect the numbers? Does it become 3 times harder?
E EphemeralEternity
((4166.7053336645 * 1.1999997417063 ^(X)) / ( total scanning power)) = ammount of turns required to explore for one planet

X is current planets

its a formula i came up with a long time ago, it`s not dead on but it`s as close as i`ve seen given that stephen math is a math only he understands.
