I wish there was a way to add "total amount of time spent in VM" to the empire intelligence screen. I think that would be pretty cool.

Since it doesn`t actually benefit the game in any way, or fix any issues, maybe ste will hop on real quick and add it.

Less it gets changed to solve a problem, then it`ll never happen.

I think each empire should be alloted the same hours to use every year for vm. Unless special dp is requested and approved
