Can Collective Baseworlds be captured by their enemies, or clustered or plundered by themselves? Or are they like Homeworlds?

baseworls fall under the same rules as a normal explored planet , it can be plundered clustered and lost resulting in death if you run out of colonies , baseworlds usually just get plundered when better planets are found

Collective can lose their baseworld yes, so always keep 3 border colonies around your baseworld before leaving DP.
